Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not started.

Custom Orders

We love creating special designs! Custom orders are made specifically for you, therefore custom sales are final and cannot be canceled once production begins.

• Ribbon and greenery may be gently reshaped after shipping if needed.
