Processing times vary depending on the item and season. Ready-to-ship items will ship within 3–5 business daysunless otherwise noted.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.
Please note we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are handmade and many are one-of-a-kind or seasonal, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can review and help resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not started.
Custom Orders
We love creating special designs! Custom orders are made specifically for you, therefore custom sales are final and cannot be canceled once production begins.
Product Care
To extend the life of your wreath or floral décor:
Display in a covered area away from direct sunlight, rain, and harsh weather.
Indoor display is recommended for longest-lasting beauty.
Ribbon and greenery may be gently reshaped after shipping if needed.
Local Pickup / Delivery
Select items may be available for local pickup or delivery when offered. Details will be provided at checkout or by direct message.
